Pricing and Payment

All prices for resources or events are in New Zealand dollars and show on the website as GST inclusive.

Payment methods accepted: Credit Card (MasterCard or Visa), Internet Banking / Direct Deposit, Cheque or, Cash.

For any items we invoice, payment is required within 7 working days from the date of invoice.

We will use our best endeavours to arrange for shipping of any items bought through our website within 3 working days of receiving your order.

We will not be responsible for any items lost in the post to you or for the cancellation or postponement of an event that we may be promoting or hosting.

In the event of the cancellation or postponement of an event, we will refund all fees paid in advance but we will not be responsible for any other direct or indirect costs that you may have incurred related to or arising from the cancellation or postponement.

Direct Debit Terms and Conditions

You confirm that you are authorised to set up direct debits on the named bank account. You have read the terms and conditions of the bank and authorise the direct debit.

You agree that the direct debit will remain in force until you have given us written notice of its termination. Any dispute concerning a direct debit will be resolved between you and us rather than the bank.
